Intro To Sailing
The perfect way to see if sailing is for you. Join us for a 2 1/2 hour adventure on our super comfortable and safe 23' Sonar. You will have the opportunity to steer the boat and participate in all aspects of sailing to give you a general idea of what sailing is all about. Enroll 7 days after your INTRO to save $35 from the Master's Course - Our Learn To Sail price.
Prerequisite: None.
Cost: $35
Schedule: Every non-holiday weekend 9:30 AM - 12 noon.

Sunset Sail
Join us for a get-away-from-it-all evening sail at our New Rochelle location just minutes from Manhattan. First boat leaves at 6:30 p.m. Experience Twilight Sailing and enjoy the sunset. You'll find out why sailing is a sport that you can enjoy for a lifetime. Bring a friend, a picnic basket and refreshments for a truly exciting evening.

Flotilla Sail
The perfect way for "Learn To Sail" Grads to experience what Coastal Cruising is all about. Starts at 10:30 AM for a cruise of beautiful L.I. Sound with an experienced NYSS instructor on the lead boat who guides you through your trip. You will sail a pre-planned trip stopping at a local waterside restaurant for lunch (dutch treat) and then continue on your adventure, returning by 6:00 PM.
Prerequisite: Master's Course

Overnight Cruise Adventure
Try one of NYSS's overnight sailing cruises and see what big boat sailing is all about. The trip starts on Friday evening where you board a beautiful cruising vessel. You sail from New Rochelle harbor to a historical seaport where you can enjoy the local cuisine for dinner. Spend the nights on board and return Sunday evening.

Alumni Tune-ups
A 2 1/2 hour program with an expert NYSS instructor. Your instructor will assist you to refresh and tune-up your sailing skills and restore your confidence. It is a perfect way to get you into shape for sailing season.Cost: $50

1 Day Regatta
The emphasis is on racing. This program starts with a short chalk talk on the course and then it's off to the races in NYSS's Sonars. There will be 6 - 8 races. And then, of course, the awards celebration. The program starts at 9:30 and ends at 5:30.

Alumni Sail
It's our way to say thank you! Join other NYSS Grads for a full day of sailing for only $35. For additional $35 you may bring up to 5 guest.
